About the role:
- Prepare the Company for a near-term IPO transaction by improving internal controls with an eye toward SOX compliance
- Drive constant improvement of accounting policies while writing & updating the relevant memos for Revenue, Expenses, PPE, Equity, Leases, Debt, Investments, etc.
- Interpret new accounting guidance and implement necessary changes to align with business operations
- Write technical accounting memos for complex transactions: Equity, Debt, Business Combination, etc.

Your Role:
- Own, design and build the overall tax function of the organization from building a better tracking system to evaluating tools to support tax needs

As a NetSuite Administrator at CoreWeave, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our NetSuite ERP system. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in NetSuite administration, customization, and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Configuration: Configure and customize NetSuite to meet the evolving needs of the business. Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Integration Management: Collaborate with IT and business teams to design, implement, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, optimizing their experience with the system.

Qualifications:
