Director of IT Overview: 

Clarus Direct seeks a Director of IT to manage our IT department, including Infrastructure, DevOps, Data, Production Operations, Release Management, and Compliance. As the Director of IT for Clarus Direct, you will be the driving force behind our IT strategy, responsible for overseeing key functions and ensuring they align with our business goals. Your ability to develop and execute a strategic roadmap, mentor our talented team, and lead implementations will be essential for our continued growth and success. 

Duties and Responsibilities of Director of IT: 

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic IT roadmap that aligns with our organizational objectives, fostering innovation and growth. 
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a dedicated IT team, fostering their professional development and ensuring efficient operations. 
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure to support our evolving needs. 
  • DevOps and Release Management: Streamline and optimize our DevOps and release management processes for efficient and reliable software deployments. 
  • Data / Database Management: Manage our Database and Analytics systems to meet our day-day business needs and growth initiatives. Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. 
  • Compliance: Ensure that our IT practices and systems adhere to regulatory and compliance standards relevant to our industry. Maintain and support our PCI compliance. 

Skills and Experience of Director of IT: 

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science/information technology, related field, or equivalent work experience.  
  • 7+ years of previous progressive IT Operations and management. 
  • 3+ years of managing high performing IT engineers and systems. 
  • Proven experience in leading IT functions within a small organization. 
  • Proficiency in overseeing Infrastructure, DevOps, Data, Production Operations, Release Management, and Compliance. 
  • Proficient ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps. 
  • Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills.  
  • Demonstrated success in leading and implementing IT projects and initiatives.

About the job:

As a Partner Solutions Implementation Specialist, you’ll work with merchants, value-added resellers, and point of sale (POS) vendors to build out emerging technologies and drive the early adoption of new product lines. We are seeking a passionate Senior Product Manager, Card issuing and Processing to join our payments team! As a member of the payments team, you will spearhead the development and execution of our card product and features, ensuring they exceed customer needs, stay competitive, comply with payment industry regulations, and launch successfully to meet performance goals.

We are in search of a highly motivated individual with a fervor for payments, robust problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning and enhancement. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of issuing processing.

 

What you'll do:

  • Leverage your card issuing and processing industry experience to plan, implement and launch new card product, and support card growth tactics
  • Conduct in-depth market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for new card products and features.
  • Lead the development process from ideation to launch, including requirement gathering, technical specifications, user testing, and launch strategy.
  • You will facilitate alignment across large groups of stakeholders and drive product strategy for the Credit Card product line
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure products are built to meet user needs, technical feasibility, and security standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption amongst various customer segments.
  • Partner with operations and risk teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing operational efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and optimize product offerings.

Opportunity

Your work will help identify and solve fundamental customer issues by building automated solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Analytics Engineer to join our Analytics Data Engineering team inside of Data Science. Externship Overview

The MarketAxess Future Leaders in Action (FLIA) Externship is a one-day virtual event taking place on March 6th, 2024.  Our Externship Day will provide insight into what it’s like to work at a fast-paced global fintech (financial technology) firm from MarketAxess employees firsthand. The Role

We are seeking to augment the US Customer Integration (CI) group with a Lead Customer Integration Engineer who would bring a strategic approach to our day-to-day decision making and processes as well as understanding and directly deploying the day-to-day tasks at all levels of complexity. What you’ll achieve

In this role as a NetSuite engineer, you will support and maintain the organization’s financial systems and Procure to Pay processes. 

 

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Primary technical resource to finalize business and technical requirements necessary to design, develop, test, and implement solutions on the NetSuite platform.
  • Work on configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboard.
  • Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs.
  • Monitor, audit, and administer database integrity and security. Perform integrity testing of system upgrades, patches, and development releases prior to migration to production.
  • Develop and maintain workflows and processes in NetSuite to optimize the platform.
  • Document business objectives, use cases, business requirements, system specifications, workflows, and process documentation.
  • Fill functional lead or system expert roles on production and sandbox NetSuite environments and related systems.
  • Evaluate current state, research, and implement effective solution designs to achieve defined business or process objectives.
  • Assist in the maintenance of our integrated applications to NetSuite.
  • Help coordinate release preview and business process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades.

 

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science is required.
  • 10+ years of NetSuite experience, must have at least 18 months of experience working with NetSuite SuiteScript.
  • Strong NetSuite ERP Development experience in configuration, customization, integrations, and reports development
  • Hands-on SuiteScript 1.0/2.0/2.X development is required.
  • Good functional knowledge of NetSuite functions, processes, and modules
  • Certified NetSuite Administrator or Consultant preferred.
  • The ability to gather requirements from stakeholders, manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently.
  • Takes ownership and responsibility for one’s own work and professional career development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • As a key member of the Agile team, collaborate throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Masters or PhD degree in computer science preferably with specialization in NLP/AI.
  • Knowledgeable about all the developments happening in the world of GPT technologies and LLMs
  • 12+ years of development experience with Java, Python.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Database technologies
  • Strong prior experience of working with AWS services
  • Experience developing micro services applications and deploying them using Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications
