This is a multi-functional role that works hand-in-hand with Deals Desk and collaborates with our internal Sales and Legal teams, as well as with Movable Ink’s clients, touching on all areas of our security, privacy, and compliance operations to support Movable Ink’s customer due-diligence process.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end deal support lifecycle for the information security and compliance team, including client-initiated audit and assessment activities related to Movable Ink’s products and services for both new and existing clients.
- Analyze client security requests and estimate required resources and time needed to complete.
- Support elements of continuous program improvement and process automation while fostering cross-functional implementation teamwork.
- Work closely with the Deals Desk team to prioritize and assign SLAs based on size and scope.

- Review security specific provisions in client agreements and contracts to ensure they align with Movable Ink’s security program.
- Manage due diligence document collection and distribution.
- Interface with clients as the information security representative for client meetings.
- Communicate requirements, timelines, and status updates with appropriate stakeholders.
- Ensure processes are well communicated and understood across the organization.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of client inquiry management software.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant field (e.g. information security, operational risk, third party assessments, deals desk support, or security sales roles).

As a Technical Support Specialist you will be challenged with investigating and resolving complex customer issues escalated by our clients, Client Experience and Solutions teams.

In effect you’ll be solving difficult problems upstream to improve both product quality, as well as the overall customer experience.
This role would suit a UK-based Tech Support Specialist who can work on either a Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Become a technical expert in Movable Ink’s Products and custom solutions
- Take ownership of client and internal support requests from initial contact to resolution including troubleshooting, determining root cause, and ensuring that the initiator understands the resolution

Qualifications:

The Client Experience Associate (CXA) will be an integral part of supporting our clients and their needs by working closely with the Director led Client Experience teams. The CXA will be proactive, technical, and should have a strong desire to manage their own book of business in the future.
Responsibilities of the Client Experience Associate:
- Learn the Movable Ink platform and email industry eco-system.
- Support Client Experience Manager (CXM) on named accounts as backup contact.
- Communicate directly with contacts on named accounts to gather requirements and prep for campaign execution.
- Pull campaign results from the Movable Ink platform and synthesize into standardized campaign reports for clients on a regular basis.
- Support in the creation and execution of powerpoint presentations for client Business Reviews and Status meetings.
- Execute email mock-ups in Photoshop for client Business Reviews and Status meetings.
- Proactively manage schedule of client meetings and Business Reviews etc - including preparing swag and administrative and logistical elements.
- Manage contact roles in Salesforce for all clients organizations.
- Take minutes in client meetings and document in Gainsight.
- Troubleshooting queries and QA campaign setups for clients
- Produce written documentation for custom projects

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative, coordination, and project-based support to Movable Ink’s CEO. The person in this role will thrive by building strong relationships across the entire company, and use their in-depth knowledge of each team’s complementary priorities to execute on relevant tasks and initiatives. Responsibilities will evolve regularly, and include frequent interactions with executive leadership; the ideal candidate is flexible, has excellent communication skills and is comfortable navigating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. This candidate must be comfortable working in person at the New York City office 2-3 times/week, as well as responding to correspondence from the CEO and relevant stakeholders outside of standard working hours (e.g. evenings and weekends).
Responsibilities:
- Complete relevant administrative tasks for the CEO (e.g. calendar management, travel booking, expense reimbursement, etc.)
- Act as point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders
- Develop understanding of Movable Ink’s tools, systems, and processes, in order to produce reports and presentations, as well as identify areas for improvement
- Develop a 360-degree view of the organization, be able to connect the dots between initiatives, and become proficient with systems relevant to the CEO
- Identify, develop, and execute new executive-level initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership, Executive Support, Workplace Experience, HR, and other teams to ensure strategic alignment across the company
- Track all tasks and initiatives via collaboration tools (e.g. Asana) to ensure effective prioritization
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working in-office (New York City) multiple days per week, with potential for international travel. Comfortable with handling correspondence outside of standard working hours (e.g. evenings and weekends), responding to internal and external communications in a timely manner
- Varied work experience, including but not limited to: tech, marketing, customer service, non-profit, arts, and/or education
- Effective and flexible communicator, in writing and in person - able to communicate with peers, executives, board members, clients and vendors with the appropriate tone and urgency for the situation
